Torchwood and Doctor Who Rumours

An article published by SyFy Portal has had many viewers in a spin, revealing potential Major Spoilers for both Doctor who and Torchwood. It reveals that Torchwood will be moved to a different night to air, a list of many actors who will be leaving the show/s, and lots more. For now, this just seems like propaganda and everyone seems to be getting off on it. Please treat the article as a rumour and nothing more. John Barrowman Book Signing Dates for Scotland

There are now two more book signing dates added to John Barrowman's schedule, this time for Scotland. The signings take place on and at:

  • March 15th - 1.30pm signing at Borders, Glasgow, 98 Buchanan Street
  • March 16th - 12pm signing at Waterstone's Edinburgh West End, 128 Princes Street, EH2 4AD
Thanks to George at BARROWMANONLINE!

John Barrowman's Medicine Cabinet

There was an article in the Mail on Sunday in which John Barrowman told viewers what was in his bathroom medicine cabinet:

1: I am such a hyper wired person I generally have trouble sleeping
so I use Nytol Herbal Tablets
2: When my voice is feeling tired I take a swig of Boots Glycerine
Honey and Lemon Linctus to lubricate my vocal chords so I don't end
up sounding raspy
3: As a singer I shouldn't say this as it can dry out your vocal
chords but I love the smell of Olbas Oil and often sneak a sniff of it
4: I use Focus Aquify eye drops, contact lens re-moisturizing eye
drops and I keep a bottle handy when I'm filming. Whitening eye
drops are not good for your eyes
5: I know Karvol is supposed to be for children but it can loosen up
a cough in a second
6:People often assume because my teeth are so white that they are
veneers, but they are all my own. Instead of a sonic screwdriver
like the Doctor I brush with a Colgate 360 Microsonic toothbrush
7: One product I swear by is Cetaphil Non-Irritating Cleanser. I'm
always being told I have great skin. I use this really cheap lotion
on my face every day. I don't believe in spending lots of money on
products, I'd rather save it and spend it on Botox
8: I also use Kiehls products if my skin gets dry, especially the
Kiehl's Creme de Corps
9: I have to shave every day for work and use a Gillette Mach 3 Turbo
Razor
10: Nivea For Men Sensitive shaving gel before splashing my face with
cold water

Totally Torchwood Poll

Again, we've passed another month and the results for February's poll are in! The question was: "What are your thoughts on Torchwood Season 2 in general?". After 233 votes (thanks to everyone who voted), 87% said that the new season was brilliant; 3% voted that it was okay; a lower 2% said Season 1 was better; 1% of people haven't watched it yet and 4% said that it doesn't air where they live. This months poll asks who is your favourite guest character for the series so far. You can choose from Captain John , Beth, Tommy, Adam and Martha Jones. I've enabled multiple answers in case you just can't decide who's your favourite, and I'll be adding each guest character as they appear throughout the rest of the series. Have fun voting!
