Double Torchwood for Easter

The BBC Press Office has revealed that viewers will be treated to an extra episode of Torchwood on Good Friday. "From Out of The Rain" will be followed just two days later with "Adrift". The plot summaries were also released; you can view them below (beware of **SPOILERS**).

"From Out of the Rain"
When an old cinema re-opens, past horrors emerge to stalk the streets of Cardiff, as Doctor Who writer Russell T Davies's award-winning drama continues. As bodies are found, in a state between life and death, Torchwood must act fast. Who are the Night Travellers? And how can Torchwood capture these mysterious killers?
"Adrift"
When a local teenager disappears, Gwen is drawn into an investigation that reveals a darker side of Torchwood. Hundreds of people have disappeared without trace, but Jack is obstructing attempts to find them. The answer seems to lie in the rift – literally – and as Gwen follows the trail, she makes a shocking discovery.
"From Out of The Rain" airs March 19 and "Adrift" airs March 21 on BBC2.
