Well, after a very long wait, the finale for Doctor Who Season 4 is upon us. Journey's End premieres tonight on BBC1 at 6.40pm, and will also air at 7pm at Trafalgar Square, with an introduction from Freema Agyeman. The episode runs for 65 minutes.
